Aadil Shah

Aadil Shah is an experienced professional with a diverse background. Aadil began their career in 2008 as a Research Scholar at the University of Cambridge. In the same year, they also founded and became the Chief Editor of Pulse - Science and Technology Magazine. In 2011, they took on the role of Business Manager at Pall Corporation, where they handled the entire India P&L for the Business Line and grew the business to 3x within two years. In 2013, they co-founded Manch, an Edtech start-up, which was later acquired by Toppr. In 2015, they joined Toppr as AVP. In 2016, they became the Founding Member and VP - Strategy & Growth at SyncApp. In 2018, they became a Mentor at Atal Innovation Mission and Advisor at Vaartani, as well as founding AADAR, where they are currently the CEO & Founder. Their mission is to inculcate the "Good Old Habits" of Ayurveda into people's daily lifestyles.

Aadil Shah began their education in 1990 at St. Xavier's Loyola Hall Ahmedabad. Aadil then attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a B.tech + M.Tech in Aerospace. In 2008, they were a Research Scholar at the University of Cambridge in the field of Engineering. Aadil also spent 2009 as an Exchange Student at Purdue University, studying Aerospace engineering.
