Jennifer Steadman, BSDH, RDH, DAADOM, is a seasoned professional in dental operations and management, currently serving as President and Owner of Steadman Onboarding Solutions since March 2022. With extensive experience in the dental field, Jennifer has held key roles such as Director of Operations for Inspired Hygiene, New England Dental Partners, Stiles Family Dentistry, and Dentistry by Design, among others. As a founding member of the Boston MA Chapter of AADOM and a participant in the AADOM Designation Committee, Jennifer is deeply committed to advancing dental office management. Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene with a focus in education from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences between 2005 and 2008.
