Charlotte Hughes

Charlotte Hughes is a Freeman Fellow at Bucknell University, actively involved in various leadership and academic roles, including serving on the Freeman College of Management Student Advisory Board and as a Peer Writing Consultant. Charlotte has experience as a Management 101 Teaching Assistant and a Research Assistant, contributing to student engagement and curriculum alignment. With a strong focus on community building, Charlotte held the position of Chief Executive Officer for All Hands UP, successfully managing a team and driving charitable initiatives. Additional roles include Food Server and Bartender at Old Orchard Place and Retail Cashier at Homegoods. Charlotte pursues a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in Management and Organizations and French, and previously earned an Advanced Regents Diploma with Honors.
