Marius Silenskis

Marius Silenskis is an experienced professional who has held various roles throughout their career. In 2012, they worked as the Head of Digital at Vorwerk Group. From 2013 to 2018, they founded and managed their own company, AnyIdeas Digital Creative Agency, where they provided software development and digital marketing services to top-level international brands such as Mercedes-Benz and Newsec. In 2018, they co-founded Lympo, where they served as the CPO/CTO and helped raise significant funds through an ICO. Marius then joined Pirmas šauktas - subalansuotos mitybos akademija in 2019 as a Co-founder and Investor. In 2020, they joined Bankera as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Mobile Team Lead. Currently, Marius holds the position of VP of Web3 Engineering at AAG Ventures, starting from November 2021.

Marius Silenskis completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Mykolas Romeris University between the years 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they obtained their High School Diploma from Vilnius St. Kristoforas gymnasium.
