Nelly Sutjiadi has diverse work experience in various roles. Since 2021, they have been serving as the Co-Founder & Chairwoman of AAG, a web3 infrastructure company that focuses on providing software for blockchain applications and the Metaverse. Prior to this, they were a member of the Board of Directors for The Fellowship of Fathers Foundation, a parent organization with chapters in over 10 Asian countries. In addition, Nelly has extensive experience as an impact investor, strategic advisor, serial entrepreneur, and managing partner, particularly in sectors such as blockchain, biotech, fintech, and med tech. Nelly'scareer has spanned over several decades, with a focus on these high-performing startups.

Nelly Sutjiadi has a strong educational background in the field of business and engineering. Nelly first attended Iowa State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Industrial Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at San Diego State University from 1992 to 1994, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems.
