Sandy Chow

Sandy Chow has held a variety of roles in the recruitment and operations fields since 2008. Sandy began their career as a Graduate Recruiter at Catlin in 2009, before taking on the role of Sourcing Channel Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions in 2008. In 2009, they became Campus Management Programme Manager at Thales Aerospace and Campus Manager at CSC. In 2010, they took on the role of Recruitment Marketing Officer at Ernst and Young, where they were the Project Manager for Milkrounds, Student Brand Managers Programme, and February Campaign. In 2013, they became Emerging Talent Attraction Manager at Centrica, and in 2016, they took on the role of Head of North American Campus Recruitment (Interim). In 2017, they became Global Recruitment Marketing Manager at Centrica, and in 2019, they became International Campus Lead and Global Talent Attraction Lead for EMEA & AMS at Wells Fargo. Most recently, in 2022, they became Vice President of Operations at AAG Ventures.

Sandy Chow's education history includes a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Exeter from 2001 to 2004, an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of the West of England from 2006 to 2008, and secondary school studies at Kingswood School, Bath from 1997 to 2001, as well as studies at Prior's Court.
