Karen Peppers is an experienced professional in claims management, currently serving as the Non-mechanical Claims Manager at AAGI since September 2003. In this role, Karen oversees day-to-day operations of the non-mechanical claims department while demonstrating a strong dedication to teamwork and excellence. Previously, Karen held positions as a Claims Supervisor and a Gap Claims Adjuster, where responsibilities included processing gap claims and reviewing documents. Prior to AAGI, Karen worked at Insurance Administration Services from January 2001 to August 2003, progressing from a receptionist to positions in customer service, inspection coordination, and payments. Karen’s educational background includes training at Belmar Beauty College from September 1987 to February 1989.
