Abi Szpurko

Abi Szpurko is an experienced HR and leadership development professional, currently serving as Global Leadership Development Manager, HR Excellence Manager, and Training Manager at AAK since May 2018. Prior to AAK, Abi was a Senior HR Advisor at Cranswick Gourmet Sausage Company Limited from December 2016 to May 2018, overseeing general HR functions and training. Experience at Greencore spans a decade, where roles included Learning and Development Manager, HR Officer, and HR Administrator, focusing on L&D activities and HR support. Abi holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Lincoln and additional qualifications in business coaching and various HR competencies.
