Patricia Larkin

Patricia Larkin has extensive experience in leadership development and training, having worked at FM Global from September 2015 to April 2023 in various roles, including Global Leadership Development Manager and AVP Global Leadership Development. At FM Global, responsibilities included enhancing organizational effectiveness and consulting with internal partners on aligning needs with solutions. Prior to FM Global, Patricia held several positions at Cox Communications from April 2008 to September 2015, where management of National Sales Trainers ensured consistency across training programs, and consultation with sales leadership supported the effective application of sales training initiatives.
