Susanne Jaspers is currently the President of AAK Europe and VP, AAK AB. Prior to this, they were the Global SBU Leader for Cultures and Dairy Enzymes at International Flavors & Fragrances from February 2021 to March 2022. From May 2020 to March 2022, they were also a Board Member for the European Food & Feed Cultures Association. From November 2018 to February 2021, Ms. Jaspers was the Global SBU Leader for Cultures and Dairy Enzymes at DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences. Prior to that, they were the Global Sales Director and Management Team Member BU Cultures at DSM from September 2014 to September 2018.
Ms. Jaspers began their career at McKinsey&Company, Inc. in October 1998 as an Associate Principal in the M&A Agrochemicals&Pharma division. In October 1997, they were an Analyst (Intern) in the M&A Agrochemicals&Pharma division at J.P. Morgan. From July 1995 to March 1996, they were a Product Management (Intern) at Lufthansa Cargo.
Susanne Jaspers has a BSc in International Business from Northeastern University, a Dipl. Betriebswirtin (FH) in European Business from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and an Abitur in Mathematics, English, Biology, and Politics from Landschulheim Steinmühle, Marburg, Germany. Susanne also has a High School Diploma from Franklin Community High School in Franklin, IN, USA.
