Yrina Paolini

Yrina Paolini is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as Supply Chain Project Lead for Global Operations at AAK since November 2019, previously holding the position of Demand & Capacity Planning for Europe. Prior to AAK, Yrina worked at Mars from August 2015 to November 2019 as Senior Demand Planner for Chocolate & Ice Cream Iberia, focusing on developing finished goods forecasts and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Yrina’s earlier experience includes roles at Wrigley as Supply Planner and Logistics Specialist, as well as positions at Mondelēz International and Kuehne + Nagel. Yrina's educational background includes an Executive Master in Operations and Innovation from Esade and an MBA China Module Program at Antai College of Economics & Management, among other qualifications in Maritime and Shipping Law and Computer Engineering.
