Robert Heintzelman (Al)

Robert (Al) Heintzelman's work experience begins in 1997 when they joined Tyco Fire Protection Products as a Senior Laboratory Technician. In this role, they oversaw inspections, maintained lab equipment, and performed tests on piping products. Robert (Al) worked at Tyco until 2009, during which time they also served as a Mechanical Project Engineer, designing, developing, and testing new products.

Robert (Al) then joined Tyco as a Technical Service Engineer in 2014, where they handled customer calls and provided technical advice on product installation, gasket selection, and troubleshooting. Robert (Al) also conducted training sessions for distributors and end users.

In 2016, Heintzelman joined Shurjoint Piping Products Inc as a Product Support Engineer before moving on to Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems in 2017. At Aalberts, they initially worked as a Product Support Engineer and later as a Sales Director for Grooved Technology in the APAC region. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Support Director for Groove Technology at Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems.

From 2007 to 2012, Robert (Al) Heintzelman attended the New England Institute of Technology, where they pursued a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
