Robert Stouwdam has a diverse range of experience in various roles within the operations and supply chain management field. Robert began their career at Aalberts integrated piping systems in 2004, where they served as a Supply Chain Coordinator for the Benelux region. Afterward, they were promoted to the role of Supply Chain Manager before transitioning to a new company, Kuiken NV, in 2008. At Kuiken NV, they were responsible for managing operations, including parts departments, deliveries, projects, purchasing, supply chain, and the workshop.
In 2012, Stouwdam returned to Aalberts integrated piping systems and took on the position of Manager Supply Chain & DC. Robert was subsequently promoted to Director of Operations in 2013 and Business Unit Director in 2016. In their most recent role, starting in 2018, they served as the Business Unit Director for Western Europe. Currently, Stouwdam holds the position of Global Director of Operations at Aalberts integrated piping systems.
Robert Stouwdam completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrieel management from Windesheim in the years 1998 to 2002. Robert then pursued their Master's degree in General management from Nyenrode Business University, graduating in the year 2003.
