Axel Janeczko

Axel Janeczko has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Axel is currently the Director of HSE & Risk Management at Aalberts surface technologies, where they are responsible for corporate health, safety, environment, and risk management. Prior to this role, they worked as a Consultant and Interim-Management for HSE at HSE Consulting. Axel has also held leadership positions at Magna International, SEG Automotive, Voith GmbH, Buhler, Robert Bosch GmbH, and Delphi, where they were responsible for various aspects of HSE management. Axel's career began with an internship as a Field Engineer at the Geological Survey of Western Australia, and they also served as a Bundeswehrsoldat with the Panzerartilleriebataillon 25.

Axel Janeczko has a diverse education history. Axel obtained a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Mechanical Engineering and Supply- and Environmental Technology from Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, they completed a dual vocational training program at Linke-Hofmann-Busch GmbH Wagon- und Fahrzeugbau, where they received a Gesellenbrief / Facharbeiterbrief in Bauschlosser (Metalworking).

In terms of certifications, Axel has achieved several qualifications. Axel holds a Lead Auditor ISO 14001 certification from SGS, which they obtained in June 2023. Axel also has an Energy Manager & Auditor ISO 50001 certification from AGIMUS GmbH, earned in February 2013. Axel obtained the CFPA Europe Diploma in Fire Prevention from BG ETEM in November 2012. Furthermore, they have acquired multiple Sicherheitsfachkraft Sifa / Health & Safety Manager certifications from different institutions, including BG ETEM, BG BAU, and Berufsgenossenschaft Holz und Metall, all obtained in March 2009. Axel also holds an Environment Manager & Auditor ISO 14001 certification from AGIMUS GmbH attained in June 2008, as well as a Quality Manager ISO 9001 certification from Bosch Power Tools in June 2008. Finally, they received an Abfallbeauftragter / Abfall Management certification from Ostfalia - University of Applied Sciences, although the specific date of attainment is not provided.
