Kathy Hayrynen is a seasoned professional in the field of metallurgical engineering, currently serving as the Vice President of Research & Development at Aalberts Surface Technologies since February 1995, where responsibilities include formulating corporate R&D strategies and managing day-to-day R&D operations while acting as a liaison to various technical organizations.
