Katie Liebl

Katie Liebl currently serves as the Director of Research Development at Custom Veterinary Services, LLC, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Katie worked as the Clinical Nutrition R&D Manager at Megalabs North America from November 2019 to October 2023 and as a Senior Food Scientist at Custom Veterinary Services from March 2018 to November 2019. Additional experience includes managing a barrel program at Crux Fermentation Project and an internship focused on brewing R&D at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. Notable work includes product development at General Mills, where Katie contributed to multiple successful snack lines and received a Technical Achievement Award. Katie's early career features roles at Costello Business Solutions, Cargill, and Rich Products Corporation, focusing on food science and product development. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and completed professional education at UC Davis in 2015.
