Swami Ramaswamy

Swami Ramaswamy has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Swami began their career in 1985 as a Sales Engineer at Carborundum Universal Limited. From 1988 to 1990, they worked as an Assistant Sales Manager at Bhoruka Steel. In 1994, Ramaswamy joined Gerdau Special Steel North America - Down Stream Operations, where they held the position of Quality Assurance Manager until 2001. Swami then became the General Manager of the same company, a role they held until 2017. In 2017, Ramaswamy joined Aalberts surface technologies as the Director of Operations.

Swami Ramaswamy received their Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Regional Engineering College - Trichy, which they attended from 1980 to 1985. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Materials Science from Michigan State University, where they studied from 1993 to 1994.
