Heidi Länsisalmi

Heidi Länsisalmi is currently the Head of Stakeholders and customer service as well as the Acting Managing Director at Aalto2 Museum Centre in Jyväskylä, Finland. Prior to this, she worked as a Customer Project Manager at Sirius Work, Customer Relations Manager at Yritystehdas, and a Community Manager at Crazy Town Oy. Heidi has a background in business administration and creative business management, with a Master's degree from Turku School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree from Jyväskylän University of Applied Sciences. She also has experience in sales, project management, and community building in various industries.
