James Wefers

James Wefers is an experienced hospitality professional with a background in hotel management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Area Director of Operations and General Manager at AAM 15 Management, LLC since October 2020, James oversees the Residence Inn Boston Burlington, known for its prime location near various attractions. Previously, James held general manager positions at Marriott International, New Castle Hotels & Resorts, and Golden Eagle Lodge Resort Associates, demonstrating expertise in hotel openings, renovations, and repositioning underperforming assets. James also contributed as Director of Marketing for the Waterville Valley Resort Association and served on the board of NEIRA. Education includes a degree in Hotel Hospitality Management from Johnson State College.
