Andrew Trinchitella

Andrew Trinchitella is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Wonder since March 2025. Prior to this role, Andrew held significant positions at Shake Shack from June 2016 to September 2025, including Area Director and Multi-Unit/Sr. General Manager. Andrew's career also includes experience as the Multi-Unit Operations Director at Fresh&Co NYC from May 2015 to June 2016, and Multi Unit Restaurateur/Area Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill from 2003 until January 2014. Andrew is a graduate of Colorado State University.
