Anish Joshi

Anish Joshi is a highly experienced engineer with a strong background in system engineering and mechatronics, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at American Axle & Manufacturing since November 2021. In this role, Anish has successfully led a cross-functional team in developing system architectures for various electric motor systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers and managing project timelines. Prior to this, Anish worked at ZF Group as a Mechatronics Lead Engineer, driving improvements in design efficiency and cost reduction. Anish's experience also includes roles at Siemens, Chrysler Group LLC, and academic research institutions, with a focus on software control, simulation, and mechanical engineering. Anish holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai.
