Madison Bommer

Madison Bommer, SPHRi, currently serves as HR Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at American Axle & Manufacturing, where responsibilities include providing HR advice to the ECS group and Global Sales, with a strong emphasis on talent management. Previous experience includes HR Manager at XPO Logistics, overseeing regional HR support for multiple warehouses, and various HR roles at AAM, where Madison specialized in corporate functional support and project management, including Workday implementation and policy harmonization during acquisitions. Madison began a career in retail management at T-Mobile, progressing through various roles and participating in a prestigious Career Development Program. Madison holds a Master’s of Studies in Law with a focus on Human Resources from Wayne State University and has earned multiple degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
