Sergio Rangel

Sergio Rangel has extensive experience in operations and manufacturing management, currently serving as the Director of Operations at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since January 2012, following previous roles as Industrial Director and Manufacturing Engineering & Program Manager. Prior to AAM, Sergio worked at CNH - Case New Holland - Fiat Industrial as a Manufacturing Supervisor from December 2007 to January 2012, and before that, at Volkswagen do Brasil from January 1997 to November 2007, where roles included Area Manager and Process Engineer. Sergio Rangel holds an MBA in Industrial Administration from Universidade Positivo and an Electrical Engineering degree from Universidade de Taubaté, complemented by executive education from MIT Sloan in 2021.
