Shannon Kelly

Shannon Kelly has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Shannon is currently a Talent Acquisition Partner - Lead Recruiter for Manufacturing at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ford Motor Company as a Talent Operations Specialist from January 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they led TA operations and strategies for a group of 10 recruiters, built and managed TA databases and dashboards, and presented and trained stakeholders on process changes. Before joining Ford, they worked as a Technical Recruiter and Client Account Manager at EPITEC from 2019 to 2021, and as a Foster Care Case Manager at Samaritas from 2017 to 2019.

Shannon Kelly attended Western Michigan University where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2017.
