Vaibhav Kandiyal

Vaibhav Kandiyal is a skilled professional with extensive experience in production management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Assistant Production Manager at Aamor Inox Limited since March 2021, Vaibhav manages the production team to meet monthly production, inspection, and dispatch targets while focusing on cost reduction, machine idle time reduction, and quality improvement through Kaizen initiatives. Prior to this role, Vaibhav worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Ambica Steels Limited from July 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included conducting root cause analyses of customer complaints and preparing CAPA reports.
