Dr. Joachim Sautter

Dr. Joachim Sautter has extensive experience in controlling and research. Dr. Joachim currently holds the position of Head of Controlling at Schaerer Ltd, where they are responsible for all areas of controlling, including sales, operations, R&D, group reporting, cost calculation, and budgeting. Prior to this, Dr. Sautter worked as a Senior Controller at Schaerer Ltd, focusing on R&D controlling, strategic marketing, cost calculation, and sales and operations controlling. Dr. Joachim also has research experience as a Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate at Universität Stuttgart. Additionally, Dr. Sautter worked as a Business Unit Controller at WMF, an Intern in Strategy Infrastructure at Deutsche Bahn, an Intern in Consulting in Research & Development at MBtech Consulting (Daimler AG), and as a Working Student for commercial topics in R&D at STIHL.

Dr. Joachim Sautter completed their education in a chronological order. Dr. Joachim attended the University of Stuttgart from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Diplom degree in Technical oriented Business Administration. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university from 2015 to 2020, earning a Dr. rer. pol. degree in Controlling.
