Shea Belsky

Shea Belsky is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in technology leadership and mentorship. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer II at HubSpot since September 2024, Shea also acts as Chief Technology Officer and Technical Founder at Mentra, where responsibilities include developing platforms for candidates and recruiters and engaging with investors. Additional roles include Tech & Engineering Lead at Leland and remote peer mentorship for neurodivergent youth at Superpower Mentors, emphasizing the enhancement of executive functioning and communication skills. Belsky has spoken on neurodiversity employment outcomes with the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity and has held various engineering positions at Wayfair, Ezra Tech, and Cornell University, where Shea also contributed to education as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and course creator. Belsky holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science from Cornell University.
