Gary Walker

Gary Walker is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in manufacturing and a focus on quality initiatives. Currently serving as Operations Manager at OTC Industrial Technologies since April 2024 and also holding the position of Production Manager at AAP Automation since January 2022, Gary directs manufacturing activities to meet production goals while managing resources effectively. Prior experience includes leading operations at PEST PRO THERMAL SYSTEMS, where high-quality production and profitability were prioritized. Previous roles at ESS Metron, Air Methods, and as an Aircraft Electrician have equipped Gary with skills in optimizing efficiency, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Operational Leadership from Colorado State University and has advanced electronics and avionics certifications from Redstone College.
