Abigail Greber

Abigail Greber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, fundraising, and communications within nonprofit and governmental sectors. Currently serving as the Promotions Manager for the American Academy of Ophthalmology since January 2011, Abigail secures over $2 million in annual marketing revenue and manages project and web content for the association's annual meetings. Previous roles include Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Governmental Relations at the Buck Institute for Age Research, where grant proposals and budgets were developed, and Project Associate at Fern Tiger Associates, focusing on community relations and organizational development. Additional experience includes positions with The California Endowment, the City of Austin, Laszlo & Associates, and participation in the Coro Fellows Program.
