Daryl Hopkins

Daryl Hopkins, MBA, has extensive experience in technical support and application development with a focus on ensuring software compliance and infrastructure maintenance. Currently serving as an Application Support Analyst at AAR Tech since July 2018, Daryl provides technical assistance for the City of Chicago's certification and compliance system while collaborating with various stakeholders to resolve incidents. Previously, as a Technical Support Engineer at FIT Technologies, Daryl managed hardware and software installations and maintained service standards. Daryl's earlier role as an Implementation Training Specialist at Chicago Public Schools involved deploying software in cafeterias and training end users. Daryl's career began at IBM, where desktop support responsibilities included migrating users to new operating systems. Daryl holds an MBA from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Chicago State University.
