Daniel Menendez

Daniel Menendez has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Daniel started their career as a Technician at AAR Landing Gear Services, where they gained hands-on skills and developed an understanding of the shop environment. Daniel later worked as a Junior Estimator at MEI before joining Cornell University's AguaClara team as a Team Leader. In this role, Daniel led a team to redesign and repair water treatment systems in rural Honduras. Daniel then returned to AAR Landing Gear Services as a Project Engineer and eventually took on multiple roles, including Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance Manager, achieving record sales growth and reducing employee turnover. Currently, Daniel serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Customer Support at AAR Landing Gear Services.

Daniel Menendez earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Daniel later pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering Management at Cornell University from 2008 to 2009. In 2016, they obtained the certification of ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor from SGS.
