Marlene Cody-Barron

Marlene Cody-Barron, PHR, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist at AAR since August 2011, with a focus on benefits administration. Previous roles include Benefits Specialist/Recruiter at Bar-S Foods Co. from 2008 to 2011 and a long tenure at Ramada Inn from 1993 to 2008, culminating in the position of General Manager. Marlene has completed a PHR certification from Oklahoma City University in 2015 and is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Rose State College.
