Shane Reif is a seasoned global executive in human resources, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at AAR. With a professional background that includes significant roles at Hospira, Hillrom, and Baxter International, Shane has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational change. Shane has also contributed to academic governance as a board member at Bethany College.
