AARAV Fragrances and Flavors is a B2B company incorporated in the year 2007 and as of today is one of the top 3 fragrance companies from the Indian Subcontinent

Our products offerings include fragrances, flavors and aroma ingredients. We provide fragrance and flavors to a wide range of B2B FMCG and Food and Beverage clients in categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Air Care, Fine Fragrance, Fabric Care, Incense etc.

We currently have an Employee base of 250 + employees PAN India and growing rapidly.

Our plants are located in Wada (Fragrances, Flavors & Ingredients Plant), in Pawane (R&D center) and an upcoming ingredients plant in Gujarat.
Our head HQ is in Thane- Wagle Estate along with a corporate office in Geneva, Switzerland. 

The company is directed under the leadership of Mr. Ajit Vaze, a veteran in the fragrance industry and a master perfumer with 40 years of experience, and an EX president of the Flavors and fragrance association of India.  

We are a young, dynamic organization with highly experienced members in key areas. The average age at Aarav is 30 while the gender ratio is 40% male and 60% female, showcasing a progressive, dynamic and free flowing work culture.
