Benjamin Richard serves as General Manager for France, BeLux, and Spain at Aareal Bank AG since February 2019, after holding the position of Vice President at the same institution from January 2007 to November 2017. During this time, Benjamin oversaw the origination and structuring of commercial real estate loans totaling over EUR 5 billion, focusing on various real estate asset types including office, retail, hotel, and logistics. Benjamin also has experience in temporary assignments within the property finance and risk departments. Currently, Benjamin is pursuing an Executive MBA at ESCP Business School, following a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
