Michelle Weiss

Michelle Weiss has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Head of Hotel Properties at Aareal Bank AG since August 2010, with prior roles as Director, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President. Between January 2006 and July 2010, Michelle worked at HVS Hodges Ward Elliott as a Senior Associate, focusing on sales and refinancing of hotel properties across Europe, and previously conducted feasibility studies and hotel valuations as an Associate. Early career internships include positions at Kempinski Grand Hotel Heiligendamm and Hotel de Paris in Monaco. Michelle holds a BSc in International Hospitality Management with a specialization in Financial and Asset Management from EHL, completed between 2001 and 2005, and attended Freies Gymnasium Bern.
