Dr. Ernesto Marinelli

Dr. Ernesto Marinelli has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Dr. Ernesto is currently serving on the Advisory Board of Miss Germany Studios since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief People Officer at Aareon Group from 2022. From 2012 to 2022, they held multiple roles at SAP, including SVP, Head of Global People Success Services, SVP, Head of Human Resources for Customer Success, SVP, Head of HR for various regions, and Board Area HR Business Partner. Before their tenure at SAP, they worked as the EMEA Recruitment Manager at SAP AG from 2007 to 2009 and as an HR Business Partner at SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG from 2009 to 2012.

Dr. Ernesto Marinelli holds a PhD in General Linguistics from Universitaet Wuerzburg.
