Nicole Herbertz

Nicole Herbertz has extensive work experience in various roles within the organizations they have worked for. Nicole started their career in 1994 as a Kauffrau in der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft at Wolfgang G. Hanusch GmbH and worked there until 1996. Nicole then joined Abbott as a Human Resources Specialist from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined Aareon Group as an Expert in Recruiting and Employer Branding, where they worked until 2000. Nicole returned to Aareon Group in 2003 and has held several positions, including Human Resources Team Lead from 2003 to 2008, Senior Manager of Organization and People Development from 2008 to 2018, Bereichsleiterin SAP Consulting from 2018 to 2023, and currently as the Head of Customer Success since 2023.

Nicole Herbertz attended Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirtin degree. Nicole'sfield of study was BWL with a focus on personal management and tax accounting.
