Alex Johnston

Alex Johnston is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Rillet, a next-generation ERP company, since October 2024. Prior to this role, Alex led Customer Success efforts at Avise Inc from April 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included designing and executing scalable Customer Success strategies and establishing long-term partnerships.
