Brian Poulter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and analytics. Currently serving as a Director at AArete since October 2015, Brian has advanced through multiple roles including Manager, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Analyst. Prior experience includes a Business Analyst position at Target from October 2014 to October 2015 and a Business Analyst Internship at the same company in the summer of 2013. Brian also demonstrated leadership as President of Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity from December 2011 to December 2012, and contributed as an Engineer Intern at HNI Corporation during the summer of 2012. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa, earned between 2010 and 2014.
