Sebastian Villamizar

Sebastian Villamizar is currently an Intern in Corporate Development at Aarista Technologies, a healthcare technology startup, since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sebastian completed an 8-month internship as an Analyst Intern in Growth & Transition Capital at BDC, focusing on subordinated debt, mezzanine, and quasi-equity financing. Earlier, Sebastian also interned in Financing and Business Development at BDC, where the position transitioned from full-time in the summer of 2024 to a part-time extension in the fall. Sebastian is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business, expected to graduate in 2026.
