Alex Sharpe

Alex Sharpe is an ITIL4 certified Internal Systems Manager at Aaro Systems AB since May 2009, specializing in systems, information management, and business processes. With a strong background in application management and IT assignments, Alex has also served as a Business Process Manager, overseeing the implementation of company-wide process maps and global password management. Previous roles include Project Administrator and First Line Support for AARO group consolidation systems. Before joining Aaro Systems, Alex worked at Ericsson from 2001 to 2007, where responsibilities included heading master data activities for SAP implementations globally and introducing electronic invoicing for Accounts Payable. Alex holds diplomas in Music Performance and Applied Statistics for Business and Industry from the Academy of Contemporary Music and Northumbria University, respectively.
