Shah Md Faysal is a seasoned software engineer with over 13 years of experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at BRAC-Aarong since April 2010, Shah Md Faysal specializes in analyzing database design, software design and prototyping, coding, unit testing, and code review, as well as designing and developing both desktop and web-based projects. Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer at BRAC-Aarong, responsibilities included analyzing, designing, and developing the Aarong ERP system and enhancing the Aarong POS system. Prior experience includes a role as Software Engineer at The Professional ICT Ltd, where contributions were made to the development of retail POS systems, attendance and HR modules, payroll, and ERP systems for textile industries.
