Kendall Jacobs

Kendall Jacobs has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They currently hold the position of Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion at The Aaron's Company, Inc. Kendall joined the company in April 2022. Prior to this role, Kendall served as the Director of Labor and Systems Optimization from February 2020 to April 2022. From August 2017 to February 2020, Kendall worked as the Senior Manager of Business Development at The Aaron's Company, Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing diligence and post-merger activities. Kendall also has experience as a Senior Manager of Audit Analytics & Special Projects from May 2013 to August 2017 and as an Acquisitions (Audit) Manager from January 2003 to May 2013, both at The Aaron's Company, Inc.

Before joining The Aaron's Company, Inc., Kendall worked at Pitney Bowes Management Services as the Site Manager/Business Development from an unspecified start date until 2002.

Kendall Jacobs completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The University of Alabama from 1991 to 1995. In 2020, Kendall enrolled in Kennesaw State University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a field of study in Business/Commerce. The MBA degree was obtained in 2022. In addition to the degrees, Kendall acquired various certifications related to inclusive workplace culture, diversity, leadership, coaching, critical thinking, and unconscious bias from institutions such as SHRM, Cornell University, and LinkedIn.
