Shaun Snyder

Shaun Snyder has a diverse work experience with various companies and roles. In their most recent position at The Aaron's Company, Inc., Shaun served as the Senior Director of Benefits, Wellbeing, and HR Shared Services and also held the role of Director of Benefits. Prior to that, Shaun worked as the Director of Benefits at Ciox Health and as the Manager of Benefit Services at Ultimate Software. Shaun Snyder obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from the University of Southern California from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, they hold certifications as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) since October 2008, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since November 2016, and an ISCEBS Fellow since April 2015.
