Richard Connor

Richard Connor is an Independent Consultant at RC Connor Consulting, LLC, since April 2017, leveraging over 35 years of expertise in complex space and ground systems. In addition to this role, Richard serves as a Volunteer Tax Preparer at the AARP Foundation since January 2019. Prior to these positions, Richard was a Senior Program Manager at Vencore Inc. from November 2010 to March 2017, where management of a team focused on complex space systems for NASA and the Department of Defense took place. Richard's career also includes a tenure as a Senior Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin from February 1986 to November 2010, with responsibilities spanning aerospace engineering, satellite design, systems engineering, and engineering management. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Villanova University Department of Mechanical Engineering, achieved between 1980 and 1985.
