Jen Schramm, MPhil, SHRM-SCP, GPHR is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in labor market and workforce issues. Since January 2017, Jen serves as a Senior Strategic Policy Advisor at AARP's Public Policy Institute, focusing on employment trends pertinent to the 50+ workforce. Prior to this role, Jen was the Manager of Workforce Trends & Forecasting at the Society for Human Resource Management from February 2003 to December 2016, where leadership was provided on the Aging Workforce Initiative, funded by a significant grant. Jen holds a Master of Philosophy in Society and Politics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.
