Jennifer Holz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate State Director of Outreach at AARP since September 2006, where responsibilities include community outreach, education, and building strategic partnerships to connect the 50+ population and their families with essential resources. Prior to AARP, Jennifer worked at Progressive Insurance as a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, specializing in complex coverage investigations and settlement negotiations, and held the position of Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster at Allstate Insurance Company, focusing on rapport-building with claimants. Jennifer began her career at Allstate as a Sales Producer, where significant cross-sales were achieved.
