Jenny V. Jensen

Jenny V. Jensen is an experienced professional with a strong background in community engagement, human resources, and program management. Currently serving as a Senior State and Community Engagement Specialist at AARP since September 2016, Jenny has held various roles including Interim Senior Advisor for AAPI Outreach and Interim Associate State Director for Community Outreach. Prior experience includes positions at UNC-TV as an HR Specialist, at North Carolina State University as a Recruitment Specialist, at the North Carolina Justice Center as Office Manager, at American School Food Service as a Nutrition and Education Assistant, and at IEEE Computer Society as a Research Assistant. Jenny holds a Master's Degree in Public History from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
