Vaishnavi Magesh began their work experience in 2021 at WeMakeScholars, where they first worked as a Recruiter from September 2021 to May 2022. Vaishnavi then transitioned to the role of an Online Content Moderator from June 2022 to November 2022. In 2022, they joined Aarth Software Pvt Ltd as an HR & Marketing Executive in December 2022.

Vaishnavi Magesh completed their Bachelor's degree in Computers from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans Vivekananda College of Science, Humanities & Commerce between the years 2018 and 2021. Vaishnavi later obtained a certification as a Level 1 GreytHR Certified Professional from Greytip Software Pvt. Ltd. in March 2023.
